Increase your website traffic with a free keyword research report customized for your site

Everyone wants more traffic to their website.  There are a few ways you can get
it:

- paid traffic like pay per click advertising
- blog traffic
- traffic from articles you write on other sites or comments your make on other
sites
- traffic from your social networking efforts

But the best kind of traffic (free and takes no time on your part to get) is
natural traffic - the kind you get when someone performs a search on Google and
your site comes up on the first page of results.

There are a few things you can do for your website that will help your Google
rankings (where you show up on the search results page).  You can customize your
title tags, meta tags and meta descriptions.  You can have relevant and keyword
rich content.  You can include keyword phrases in your level 1, 2 and 3
headings.  If you know how to do all of this, great - but you are still missing
one thing:  KEYWORDS!  You need to know the EXACT keyword phrases people are
searching for so that you can include these phrases in your website.

Every business owner can imagine what they think a potential client would type
into a search engine.  If your business is a daycare in Sacramento, you might
think that people searching for you would type in "sacramento daycare".  They
might.  Or, they might type in: "sacramento child care" or "child care in
sacramento" or "where is daycare in sacramento" or "best daycare option in
sacramento".

The point is, there is not just 1 phrase that people type.  Everyone thinks
differently.  The only way to know for sure is to do some keyword research.

Well, we are offering to do your keyword research for you for FREE!  Just go to
our site:  http://www.virtualbusiness911.com

Fill out the form on the left with your name, email and website.  We will do a
keyword research report for you within one business day and email it to you.  It
will be customized for your particular website and will include keyword phrases,
the volume of monthly searches each receives (potential clients), the amount of
competition on the web for each phrase and the estimated cost per click to buy
paid advertising for each phrase.

Let us do all of the work for you!  Get your free keyword research report today!

To your business success!

Use Facebook's Places application to give your clients discounts and create a community around your company's physical location

Facebook has a new application that can help you generate more business to your
company's storefront.  If your company has a physical location, use your iPhone
or other supported device (ie, Blackberry) and go to places.facebook.com

Then, search for your store's location.  If it exists, claim it as yours.  If it
doesn't exist, create a new location for it and then search for it and claim it
as yours.

Facebook Places will call your location to make sure that you are the owner of
it.  You officially have a Facebook Places account!  Congrats!

Now, you can start combining the power of your existing customers and your
online customers.  Try posting a sign in your store giving customers a discount
if they log into Facebook Places and post that they are currently at your store
(this way, all of their friends will see that they are there, creating free
advertising for you).

Next, create some discounts or coupons to use with Facebook Places.  For
example, you can encourage your clients to refer their friends to you by
offering a special incentive to anyone who refers someone through Facebook
Places.  There are 4 types of discounts you can offer, depending on who you
target.

Geotargeting is growing in leaps and bounds online.  Get in now and watch your
business grow.

For help in creating your Facebook profile, places account, or discount offers,
contact admin@virtualbusiness911.com and we will be happy to help you out.

Yours for online success!

Website favicons - How to create and install a favicon for your business website

Our latest video show you how to create a favicon for your website.

If you are wondering what a favicon is, don't worry - you are not the only one!

A favicon is an icon that you upload to your website that usually consists of a
mini version of your company's logo.

You see this more and more often as you visit websites on the web.  For example,
if you go to Google.com, you will see a small "g" graphic in the address bar
right beside the url of the site.  Having a favicon for your website gives your
site a more professional appearance.  It shows that you are tech savvy and know
what you are doing!

Use Facebook tagging to gain more exposure for your online company with this easy technique......

Our latest video blog shows you how to get the most out of your Facebook
business page.

If your online business has a Facebook fan page or business page, you probably
make occassional posts to provide valuable information to your potential
clients.  Well, imagine if you could also get your message out to hundreds -
even thousands - of other Facebook users.

Facebook tagging allows you to do just that.  Our video walks you through how to
find a complimentary business page on Facebook, like it, and then use the @
symbol to tag that page in your own post.  By tagging complimentary Facebook
business pages, you can get your message out to all of the "fans" or "friends"
of that complimentary business, as well as your own friends and fans.

It's as easy as that!

Online and offline advertising technique to help you get more leads for your business

Whether your business is a storefront selling products, or a website selling information, your job as the business owner is to market it to the best of your ability. Here is an offline technique you can use to gain more targeted leads, and sales to your business.

Skinit.com is website that allows you to order a "skin" for your laptop, cell, ipod or other electronic device. You may see teens with trendy covers on their laptops or cell phones with photos of the latest movie or heartthrob or a cause they believe in. Well, what about using these skins to advertise your business. Simply design a cover using your company's logo or business card and voila - instant advertising. If you spend time using your laptop in social settings such as airports and coffee shops, having an eye-catching sign on your laptop makes you approachable. Better still, anyone who approaches you after viewing your "sign" will be targeted, meaning they already know what you do and they have decided to speak to you anyway.
Now that you have a potential customer, what you do next to generate business from this qualified lead is totally up to you! Good luck!

Why is using a Virtual Assistant more cost effective than using a head-hunting agency to hire a new employee?

Virtual Assistants often have many years of experience in their respective areas of expertise.  As a business owner you don't need to spend your valuable time placing an ad, sorting through resumes, interviewing candidates, hiring and, finally, training your new employee.

VAs are usually home-based.  As a business owner, you don't need to worry about providing a desk, chair, computer, keyboard, mouse, software, software training, photocopier, fax machine, holidays, sick days, CPP, EI or health benefits.

VAs are there when you need them.  As a business owner, you don't need to have an employee hired on a regular basis.  You just email or call your VA when you need them.  You delegate the work and the VA does it - on an as-needed basis.
VAs take the load off you.  As a business owner, you should be focusing on prospecting, developing products, delivering customer service and getting new clients.  The VA takes all of the mundane tasks such as sorting through email, typing correspondence, billing, and more off your hands.  No more worries about finding the time to do the tasks you hate to do!

The bottom line is that it is much more cost effective to hire a VA than to do the work yourself or to hire someone else on a full-time basis.
At Virtual Business 911, you get the benefit of an entire team of professionals.  This week, you may need a typist.  Next week, you may need to translate part of your website into French.  Next month, you may need a presentation done.  In a couple of months, you may decide to start a social media campaign.  At year end, you may need a bookkeeper.  We can do it all!  No job is too big or too small.

You delegate it and we do it!

To your business success!

How can a Virtual Assistant help your business succeed and grow?

If you have a work overflow problem, or if your business has a specific task that needs to be completed, but you just don't have the staff available to complete the task, a Virtual Assistant can help.  Here are some examples of how a VA can help to alleviate the stress of too much work and too little time:

* Problem: A client needs to prepare a report or a presentation

* Solution: The client emails or faxes their notes or concept drawings to the VA who creates a professionally written and formatted report or a logically sequenced presentation complete with graphics and animations.  The VA emails the report or presentation to the client as an attachment.

* Problem: A client wants to provide a monthly newsletter to their own clients but does not have a writer or desktop publisher or graphic artist on staff.

* Solution: The client emails the VA with their concept ideas, the url of their website, a copy of their logo and any other information the VA would require and the VA researches the client's field of expertise, writes a professionally written monthly newsletter, which is placed into a professional, industry-related design.  The VA emails the completed newsletter to the client each month as an attachment.  Alternatively, the client can provide the VA with the list of recipients and the VA can also use a mail merge to either email, fax or mail the newsletters to the contact list.

These are just 2 of many options where a VA can be of assistance.  Visit http://www.virtualbusiness911.com/ or contact admin@VirtualBusiness911.com to see how our team of professional VAs can help your business succeed and grow.
